Shipping policy



LaFrip'aMax ships all its products with Swiss Post. We cannot guarantee the delivery time mentioned in your order. However, we will process your order as soon as possible, so that it reaches you as soon as possible.

If you do not accept the package or do not pick it up, Swiss Post will be forced to return the package to LaFrip'aMax. In this case, you will be charged for the shipping costs, but your order can be refunded if you contact us 10 days after the arrival of your package at your home/post office.

Please note: in order to obtain a refund, the package must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it. LaFrip'aMax reserves the right to refuse a refund if the package is opened or the contents of the order are damaged.
